Drop Shipment Offer

In these uncertain times, Gemline wants to help provide some certainty. While event cancellations or postponements are out of our collective control, we are committed to making it easier for you to place your 2020 event orders with confidence.

We are temporarily lowering our fee for drop shipments to $5.00 (V) [USD] / $5.50 (G) [CAD] from $10.00 (V) [USD] / $11.00 (G) [CAD]. 

In addition to lowering the drop shipment fee, we are offering the below:

For any new event order* of $2,500 net or more, placed between March 12, 2020 and May 1st, 2020, we will waive drop ship fees for up to 100 locations. Additional location drop ships will have a fee of $5.00 (V) [USD] / $5.50 (G) [CAD] per location.

For any new event order* of $2,500 net or more of Gourmet Expressions items, placed between March 12, 2020 and May 1st, 2020, we will waive the handling & packaging fee of $4.00 (V) [USD] / $4.40 (G) [CAD] per item.

Delivering items to individual recipients will allow your customers to continue to drive engagement regardless of the status of the event. *Proof of cancellation required. Other changes to orders may result in additional fees. Order cancellations will be accepted only if merchandise has not been decorated. All sales of decorated product are final. Dropships must be received prior to production or delays may occur. If drop shipments are received after boxes are packed, a charge may be incurred.
