During this holiday season, Gemline will be closed on the following dates:

  • Thanksgiving:  Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29 
  • Christmas: Tuesday, Dec. 24 and Wedneday, Dec. 25 
  • New Year's: Tueday, Dec. 31 and Wednesday, Jan. 1

Gourmet Expressions Holiday Delivery

For delivery by the Holidays we recommend* placing your Gourmet Expressions order by:

  • Tuesday, December 10th  |  Standard Shipping  (UPS shipping within the contiguous US and Purolator ground for ON and QC)  
  • Wednesday, December 13th  |  Expedited Shipping  (Contiguous US destinations only) 

*These are recommended guidelines based upon peak holiday season and carrier schedules. Placing an order by the recommneded dates does not guarantee delivery before the holidays. To assist with timely processing, providing a complete order with art and drop ship/shipping information is suggested. Dates are subject to change. Please allow for additional time for shipments destined outside of major metro areas in Canada. 


Expanded service now includes larger quantities and increased number of colors per order. Accepting orders until 9:00 P.M. EST with next day shipping available.

You can even choose from a range of creative techniques (print, embroidery, deboss and laser engraving) to maximize your branding efforts. Your order is guaranteed to deliver on time, every time.


  • FastTrack® must be designated on the order with requested ship date, and e-mailed to or faxed to 978.989.0123.
  • Complete order, including artwork must be received by 9pm EST (One standard decoration location only).
  • Artwork must be emailed to: Artwork must include: PO#, distributor name, contact name, phone number, and format used.
  • Orders that do not include ship date will be processed under our standard 3-day FastTrack® service.
  • Exact repeat orders must include previous reference information.
  • Orders are subject to credit approval prior to acceptance.
  • Paper proofs are available, but will affect lead times. FastTrack™ timeline begins upon proof approval.
  • UPS and FedEx recommended. Custom carriers may be used. Please note: carrier’s availability for pick-up may impact lead times, and therefore, delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
  • International orders are accepted under the FastTrack® service. Additional lead time may be required if delivery location requires special arrangements.
  • Maximum of three drop shipments only.
  • Kits are excluded.
  • Gourmet Expressions items are not available under FastTrack®.
  • Products are available under the FastTrack® service with limited quantities for bobble, Moleskine® and Samsonite.
  • Certain products may require additional lead times.
  • Call for lead times for FastTrack® minimum quantities, large quantities, insertions or other special handling.

Shipment Information

Upon request, Gemline will ship your order to be delivered in hands in three working days, at UPS ground rates (some styles excluded).*except for Alaska & Hawaii shipments.

Shipment Method

F.O.B. Lawrence, MA 01843. Gemline reserves the right to determine the best shipping method unless specifically pre-routed by customer. All costs of transportation and insurance shall be borne by the customer and all risk of loss shall pass to the customer when the goods are delivered to the carrier, whether the carrier is selected by customer or by Gemline.

Rush Services

Gemline recognizes that occasionally circumstances may require expedited production beyond FastTrack Service. We can accept requests for rush services based upon availability of production capacity. Contact Customer Service for your request. Note that a crucial component of accepting and meeting your rush need is the availability of complete art and decoration information.

Drop Shipments

$10.00 (V) [USD] / $11.00 (G) [CAD] per location, per release, plus freight cost and insurance. Dropships must be received prior to production or delays may occur. If drop shipments are received after boxes are packed, a charge may be incurred. Excel™ format accepted. If drop ships exceed 6, please download Gemline's Excel template here.

Incorrect Addresses

UPS and FedEx charge the shipper (Gemline) for address corrections due to incorrect address provided on the customer’s PO or for samples entered directly online. Suites and floors are critical parts of the address and must be included or the carrier will charge for an address correction. All fees charged to Gemline will be invoiced once we are notified of the charges. These charges are calculated by the carton. This can take as long as 2-4 weeks.

Split Shipments

Gemline reserves the right to make split shipments.

Shipment Returns/Credits

While we are pleased to guarantee our products, we cannot guarantee or credit products lost, spoiled or returned because of inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses. UPS or FedEx may bill factory for address corrections and those charges will be invoiced to the customer if an inadequate or inaccurate address was provided.

International Shipments

Prices do not include Duties, Value Added Taxes or Customs fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the shipper or recipient who will be billed for them in addition to any shipping costs. These fees can be delayed in billing up to 90 days. Gemline cannot guarantee in hands dates for international shipments (excluding Direct Import orders) due to potential customs and shipping delays.

Gemline will not ship the following brands internationally (outside of US and Canada): American Tourister, bobble, Hartmann, Igloo, Isaac Mizrahi, Lynktec, MiiR, RuMe, Samsonite, Zebra.

Gemline will ship Gourmet Expressions items to US & Canada only (excludes shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other US territory).

With Gemline’s Our Door to Yours™ program, you get door-to-door service without the added fees or hassle. Billing is in Canadian dollars with all appropriate duties, brokerage fees and custom clearance included (pricing does not include applicable taxes or freight).

3rd Party Shipping

Third party shipping is also an option when you set up your billing account in Canadian dollars. Third party shipping information including complete billing address, and all applicable freight, taxes, duties, brokerage fees and custom clearance costs will be borne by the Distributor. End user’s billing address must be supplied for UPS/Fedex account purposes. Gemline will not contact end user in any way. For third party shipment in Canadian funds, please consult a Gemline representative for pricing.

Canada Tax Additions

When shipping via Gemline’s Our Door to Yours™ Program, an applicable tax will be added to all orders calculated on the net selling price. Prices do not include any provincial taxes. Provincial taxes will be billed separately if applicable. 

Gourmet Expressions Shipping Information

Items with Chocolate 

If your item contains chocolate, we recommend adding a Cold Shipping Pack (item # 916).  One cold pack per item is suggested.  Cold Shipping Packs are available for orders shipping in the US for $10.00 (V) each.

We highly recommend shipping items that contain chocolate so that transit time does not exceed more than 3 days in warm weather climates. For temperatures over 75 degrees Fahrenheit, or for long distances, overnight or 2nd day delivery is suggested. If the shipment location is more than 3 days ground, upon request Gemline will expedite shipping to UPS 3-Day Select and bill UPS Ground Rates. Please keep holidays and weekends in mind when considering your transit time. Gourmet Expressions items ship FOB Lawrence, MA 18043. In warm weather months, we highly suggest scheduling your order to ship Monday thru Wednesday to ensure delivery on a weekday. Don’t forget to arrange delivery so that the chocolate can quickly be brought into an air-conditioned location.
