We are temporarily lowering our fee for drop shipments to $5.00 (V) [USD] / $5.50 (G) [CAD] from $10.00 (V) [USD] / $11.00 (G) [CAD] through March 31, 2021. As a reminder, drop shipments must be received prior to production or delays may occur. If drop shipment instructions are received after boxes have been packed, an additional handling charge may be incurred. To place your order please contact your Gemline Sales Representative today. FAST TRACK GUIDELINES:
- FastTrack® must be designated on the order with requested ship date, and e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 978.989.0123.
- Complete order, including artwork must be received by 9pm EST (One standard decoration location only).
- Artwork must be emailed to: email@example.com. Artwork must include: PO#, distributor name, contact name, phone number, and format used.
- Orders that do not include ship date will be processed under our standard 3-day FastTrack® service.
- Exact repeat orders must include previous reference information.
- Orders are subject to credit approval prior to acceptance.
- Paper proofs are available, but will affect lead times. FastTrack™ timeline begins upon proof approval.
- UPS and FedEx recommended. Custom carriers may be used. Please note: carrier’s availability for pick-up may impact lead times, and therefore, delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
- International orders are accepted under the FastTrack® service. Additional lead time may be required if delivery location requires special arrangements.
- Maximum of three drop shipments only.
- Kits are excluded.
- Gourmet Expressions, Soapbox, Paper Mate, Sharpie, and Beekman 1802 gift sets are not available under FastTrack®.
- Products are available under the FastTrack® service with limited quantities for Moleskine® and Samsonite.
- Certain products may require additional lead times.

Standard Shipping Information
Upon request, Gemline will ship your order to be delivered in three business days, at UPS ground rates (some styles excluded).*except for Alaska & Hawaii shipments.
Bulk unless otherwise specified by customer.
F.O.B. Lawrence, MA 01843. Gemline reserves the right to determine the best shipping method unless specifically pre-routed by customer. When shipping 3rd party, all costs of transportation and insurance shall be borne by the customer.
Gemline recognizes that occasionally circumstances may require expedited production beyond FastTrack Service. We can accept requests for rush services based upon availability of production capacity for a fee of $150 (V) [US] / $187.50 (G) [CDN]. Contact Customer Service for your request. Note that a crucial component of accepting and meeting your rush need is the availability of complete art and decoration information.

UPS and FedEx charge the shipper (Gemline) for address corrections due to an incorrect address provided on the customer’s PO or for samples entered directly online. Suites and floors are critical parts of the address and must be included or the carrier will charge for an address correction. All fees charged to Gemline will be invoiced once we are notified of the charges. These charges are calculated by the carton. This can take as long as 2-4 weeks.
Gemline reserves the right to make split shipments.
While we are pleased to guarantee our products, we cannot guarantee or credit products lost, spoiled or returned because of inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses. UPS or FedEx may bill factory for address corrections and those charges will be invoiced to the customer if an inadequate or inaccurate address was provided. The customer will also be invoiced for chargebacks by the carrier for invalid account numbers or refused charges by bill to party.
To reroute packages that have left our facility, please contact Gemline or contact your carrier directly. UPS has a fee of $23.90 per box, plus a $2.70 handling charge per box billed to Gemline, plus additional freight. FedEx address correction charge is $15.00, plus a $2.70 handing charge billed to Gemline, plus additional freight. If using a 3rd party shipping account, the additional freight will be charged to the account, but the $2.70 handling charge is billed to Gemline. Once the rerouting charges are accepted, we will contact the carrier. All fees charged to Gemline will be invoiced once we are notified of the charges, this could take as long as 2-4 weeks. Correct addresses, including suites and floors are critical to avoid an address correction charge. *Charges are subject to change by the carrier and will be reflected in your invoice.
International shipments can be quoted once a request has been deemed eligible. Shipments can be quoted duty paid (DDP) or duty unpaid (DDU) by request. Not all countries permit DDP terms. In order to quote/determine eligibility a complete delivery address and Gemline item numbers are required.
Duty unpaid quotes do not include Duties or Value Added Taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. The charges will need to be paid to the carrier/customs broker prior to taking delivery. Recipient may also be required to file a power of attorney with the carrier/customs broker for customs clearance to be provided on the recipient’s behalf. Gemline cannot guarantee in hands dates for international shipments (excluding Direct Import orders) due to potential customs and shipping delays.
Gemline will not ship the following brands internationally (outside of US and Canada): American Tourister, Hartmann, Igloo, MiiR, RuMe, Samsonite, Soapbox, Corkcicle, Beekman 1802 and Zebra. In addition, Soapbox, Beekman 1802 products, Hand Sanitizers, Thermometers and Hand Wipes are only available to ship in the United States.
Gemline will ship Gourmet Expressions items to US & Canada only (excludes shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other US territory).
Gemline will not ship to Mexico or the Middle East.
Sanitizer Shipping Restrictions
As of 5/22/20, the TSA is allowing one liquid hand sanitizer container up to 12 ounces per passenger in carry-on bags until further notice. Please check the TSA website for more information and current guidelines.
Sanitizers with 70% or less alcohol can ship via ground or air transit. Sanitizers with 75% or more alcohol may be restricted from air transit depending on the ounces per bottle:
- If less than 8 ounces, shipping air or ground transit is allowed.
- If 8 ounces or more, shipping is only allowed via ground, air transit is not allowed. Cartons must be marked “Sanitizer-Contains ethyl alcohol”.

Canada Tax Additions
When shipping via Gemline’s Our Door to Yours™ Program, an applicable tax will be added to all orders calculated on the net selling price. Prices do not include any provincial taxes. Provincial taxes will be billed separately if applicable.
Gourmet Expressions Shipping Information
Items with Chocolate
If your item contains chocolate, we recommend adding a Cold Shipping Pack (item # 916). One cold pack per item is suggested. Cold Shipping Packs are available for orders shipping in the US for $10.00 (V) each.
We highly recommend shipping items that contain chocolate so that transit time does not exceed more than 3 days in warm weather climates. For temperatures over 75 degrees Fahrenheit, or for long distances, overnight or 2nd day delivery is suggested. If the shipment location is more than 3 days ground, upon request Gemline will expedite shipping to UPS 3-Day Select and bill UPS Ground Rates. Please keep holidays and weekends in mind when considering your transit time. Gourmet Expressions items ship FOB Lawrence, MA 18043. In warm weather months, we highly suggest scheduling your order to ship Monday thru Wednesday to ensure delivery on a weekday. Don’t forget to arrange delivery so that the chocolate can quickly be brought into an air-conditioned location.
