At Gemline, we are supporting your commitment to using earth-friendly products. As part of this effort, we now offer non-phthalate, non-PVC Plastisol screenprinting ink as an alternative to our regular ink.

Color Match

Color match is done at no charge. Please indicate a PMS color required (coated or uncoated). Not all PMS (coated) colors have an exact match in screenprint inks, customers will be contacted if an exact color match is not possible.

Proofs

• Virtual: $25.00(V) [USD]
• Paper: $15.00(V) [USD] Black and White only. Order over $5,000(V) [USD], paper proof provided at no charge. Paper proofs can be emailed in PDF format.
• Actual: $40.00(V) [USD] set-up charge, plus end price for the bag, plus screen charge, plus art charge, plus overnight shipping cost. Changes to actual proof are subject to additional costs.

Approval

Production lead time does not start until after proof approval. Proofs must be approved by 3:00 pm EST in order to be considered same day approval. Screens will be held up to one year from your last order. New screen charges will apply after one year.
