Promotion: As part of its annual Nurses Week event, a regional hospital secured donations from area restaurants, retail stores and service organizations as a thank you gift for employees. The Gala Gift Tote was selected to package the offerings, samples and coupons from the participating establishments for handout to nurses and orderlies. Men’s gifts were packaged in the black tote, and a mix of colors was selected for the women’s gifts. The gifts were well-received by employees, and the event helped to build a sense of community, as well as attract business to the area.
